Account Manager needed!

Location:   Riyadh (on-site)

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

Ultimately, the Account Manager should collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with the products and services in the long run.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure a fast and successful delivery to all our customers.
  • Collaborates with the operations team to ensure that tasks and projects are delivered on time.
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate well with sales teams.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

 

Qualifications (Education/Work Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT or any related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales.

 

Other Knowledge, Additional Competencies:

  • Great computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office and CRM).
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills in both English and Arabic.
  • The ability to multitask and work hard to meet tight deadlines.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Team player.
  • Self-Learning and Strong Search capability.
  • Saudi nationality is preferred.
