1- Learning Outcomes: Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd. is not liable for the detailed content of any webinars, quality of presentation or if learning outcomes did not entirely meet expectations.

2- Links from the webinar: Webinars may contain links to other websites over which Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd. has no control. Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd. makes no representations about the accuracy of information contained on those websites. We are not liable for the content on those websites.

3- Registrations: Our Client’s Privacy is critical to us. We respect our client’s privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to the personal information. 4- Cancellation: Registration for a webinar event may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for any reason, the presentation is required to be cancelled by Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd., a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.

5- Webinars are recorded: The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd. to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the web-event date. Web-event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use or require you to download the software for your operating system.

6- Webinar materials: The webinar presenter may provide reference materials for your use during or after the webinar. These may include (but are not limited to) the following:

a. a workbook.
b. a copy of the webinar slides.
c. sample documents, templates, or other material for use during the webinar.

All webinar-related materials remain the copyright of Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd. And its partners (if there is any partner participated). and They must not be distributed to any third party at any time or in any form without written permission from Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd..

7- Branding rules: all materials must include Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd. Logo (Presentation – Registration Page – Invitation Email templates – Any documents or materials shared with the attendees). Also, it is strictly forbidden to use Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd. Logo in any file, presentation, web page or advertisement without obtaining approval from Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd..

The Sponsor shall provide to Consolidated Telecoms Co. Ltd. the Sponsor Content (including Sponsor logos, branding guidelines, advertisement copy or banner advertisements) and shall have responsibility for providing the relevant aspects of the Webinar allocated to the Sponsor.
