OneNote: Saying Goodbye to “Refresh All on Page”

To simplify the OneNote experience, Microsoft is retiring the “Refresh all on page” button in the Meeting Details pane. Don’t worry, you can still update meeting information by reselecting the meeting from the right-hand pane.

• Rollout starts: November 15, 2025

• Completion date: December 15, 2025

Microsoft Lists: Mobile Apps Retiring

The Microsoft Lists mobile apps for iOS and Android will be retired in mid-November 2025.

• The apps will be removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Existing users will no longer be able to open them.
• Your data remains safe and accessible via:
• Mobile browser (through SharePoint → App Launcher → More Apps → Lists)
• Microsoft Lists for Windows desktop

Microsoft Teams: Flexible Camera & Audio on iPad

Teams on iPad now gives you more control over your meeting setup. You can select external microphones, speakers, and cameras directly from the pre-join screen or while in a meeting.

• No need to adjust iPad settings separately.
• Easily switch between built-in and connected devices.
• Enjoy smoother, more flexible meeting experiences.

New Companion Apps: People, Files & Calendar

Microsoft is introducing Companion Apps to Windows 11, designed to keep you organized and connected. These apps will appear right on your taskbar:

• People → Quickly find and connect with colleagues or classmates.

• Calendar → View schedules and join meetings or classes instantly.

Together, these apps streamline daily tasks and boost productivity across Microsoft 365.

Microsoft Teams: Smarter Image Search

Finding visuals in Teams is about to get easier. A new Image Search feature will let you:

• Search by message content, sender, or location of the image.
• Use a new Images filter and carousel view to browse screenshots, whiteboard photos, and more.
• Access the feature automatically once it rolls out to all Teams users.
