Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients by identifying and resolving problems through the Ticketing system.
- Implementing small projects and some tasks that cannot be classified as projects because of their type and deadline.
- Working and supporting the project managers in conducting some small & specific tasks.
Qualification (Education/Work Experience):
o BA in Information Technology or equivalent.
o Microsoft/Office 365 certification is an asset
o Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Microsoft 365
o Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Microsoft Exchange
o Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Veeam Backup or any similar software.
o Minimum 1 Year of Experience in VMware or Hyper-V
o Basic Understanding of Information Technology:
o Microsoft Azure
o Office 365 hybrid scenario
o The Internet (IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SMTP)
o Network routing and switching
o Computers, Printers, Copiers
Other knowledge, Additional Competencies:
- Fluent in English.
