This is great news for organisations with over 100 assigned Copilot licenses or 10 premium Viva Insights licenses, who can now use the Copilot Dashboard to gain greater visibility into Copilot adoption and its impact.

The dashboard now gives all Copilot license holders access to comprehensive data, making it easier to track and manage Copilot usage across the organization. Plus, admin controls have been streamlined, so it’s simpler to manage and customize the dashboard to fit specific needs.

Even though Copilot and Search are designed to show content only to people who have permission, there’s still a risk of sharing sensitive data by mistake.
